The inviting Gailerhof Lounge was a delightful spot to unwind after a day of exploration, with plenty of vibrant conversation over a glass of enchanting South Tyrolean wine. Breakfast was a treat, showcasing fresh fruits and homemade cakes that kick-started my mornings. It was refreshing to see a bounty of regional products thoughtfully sourced, echoing both sustainability and local flavor. While the menu varied daily, I did notice a hint of repetition as the week progressed. What truly stood out was the personal touch from the owners, ensuring every meal was a delightful experience. The spacious rooms, with their captivating valley views, became a convenient refuge after indulging in the culinary delights. Gailerhof is more than a place to stay; it's an experience that lingers long after you've departed.
